Chef Leon Du brought his many years of japanese fare knowledge to his own place, and we're really glad he did. A creative fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese as well as other cuisines yields such delicacies as:

1. Tuna Tataki Ginseng - seared maguru (tuna) with a better than guacamole
topping

2. White fish or Octopus Capescio - sashimi slices over purple onion thinly
sliced with an herbal dressing to really please

How about Crunch Miso soup w/w/o Spicey Baby crabs with a Hollywood salad 9suid & seaweed with wasabi aoli dressing?
