You can thank Hoda for making such wonderful dishes at Byblos. She spends a lot of time making the mousaka and stuffed grape and cabbage leaves, and the ashta, and the Fatoush dressing, and pretty much everything else.
This place has great food. The rice pilaf is delicious, and thats just a side dish. You really cant go wrong with the kafta kabob (a mixture of ground beef, ground lamb, onions, parsley, and spices) or the lamb kabob or, heck, all of the kabobs are great. The hummus is the best I've had. The babaganoush is also the best I've had.
On the weekends they have a slightly different menu with a couple of specials and Hoda's corn and crab bisque (its more of a chowder, really) which is absolutely fantastic.
Really, you have to try this place if you like Mediterranean food
